I started working at METLAC following an internship for university students offered by the company. I found a welcoming and dynamic environment. The team is made up of experienced professionals who guide you through your training, as well as many young colleagues. Today, I work on research and development of coating products for the inside of caps, provide technical customer support, and I consider myself satisfied with the level of autonomy I have achieved.
I joined METLAC as an employee after completing my apprenticeship. I immediately felt comfortable with the team; my colleagues have always been collaborative and willing to involve me in activities. Today, I work in quality management, a field as diverse as it is complex. I face this challenge with optimism, aware that it will contribute to my future professional growth
After a school program that allowed me to complete two PCTO periods (Paths for Transversal Skills and Orientation, similar to work-based learning), I was contacted by the company right after graduating. This made me very enthusiastic and eager to take on new challenges. It was a big change in my life, but thanks to my colleagues, integration was easy and they made me feel part of the team. Now, my goal is to become fully autonomous in every aspect of my work, hoping to keep growing both professionally and personally

To ensure greater compliance with the GDPR regarding the transfer of data outside the EU, such transfers should only be carried out in anonymous form. It is important to emphasize that simple anonymization does not provide a sufficient level of protection for personal data exported outside the EU. For this reason, the data sent to Google Analytics, and therefore potentially accessible outside the EU, can be anonymized using a proxy system called My Agile Pixel. This system can replace your personal data, such as your IP address, with anonymous information that cannot be traced back to you. As a result, in the event of a data transfer to non-EU countries or to the United States, it will not be your personal data being transferred, but rather anonymous data.
