Metlac ESG Method
Building a sustainable model
Since 2015, Metlac has turned sustainability into a lever of innovation and competitiveness, building an organizational model based on measurement, consistency and long-term vision.
A multidisciplinary in-house team coordinates the ESG journey, flanking environmental strategies with targeted actions on governance, ethics, safety and supply chain.
All business functions are involved in the process, thanks to advanced monitoring systems, impact assessments and collaborations with external entities to verify results.
"From first insight to shared culture to concrete action: our path to sustainability is made up of choices, people and measurable results."
