Internal and external stakeholders
Metlac's stakeholders include internal stakeholders, such as employees, senior and mid-level management, operational management and ownership, and external stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, local governments, academic partners and the community. Specific channels for dialogue and constructive discussion are activated for each category, with differentiated objectives but consistent with the corporate strategy.
